When [[ALF]] accidentally knocks [[Brian Tanner|Brian]]'s history book into the fish tank, he tries to dry it out by putting it into the oven, destroying it. To Melmacians it is 7 years bad luck, followed by 7 years of really bad luck, for destroying a history book.
