Superstition is the nineteenth episode of ALF's third season. It originally aired on Feb. 27, 1989.
Plot Summary
When ALF accidentally knocks Brian's history book into the fish tank, he tries to dry it out by putting it into the oven, destroying it. To Melmacians it is 7 years bad luck, followed by 7 years of really bad luck, for destroying a history book.
In order to absolve himself, he must perform the Biblioside Ritual to ask for atonement.
