Sparky

Sparky was the nickname of Dorothy's late husband (Kate's father). ALF pretends to contact him in a seance, and uses a tape recorder to elicit responses. His voice sounds similar to that of Teddy Ruxpin. Sparky's favorite food was French toast with gravy. Sparky often left the 7 when bowling. Sparky is also the name of a hamster that Willie bought as a pet for ALF and immediately returned to the store when ALF began sniffing him hungrily.
