In the ALF Tales episode, "Cinderella," Cinderella's father abruptly marries Tillie, a woman that he met that morning at the grocery store. Tillie and her daughters Janet and La Toya move in to the Fitzgerald residence and torment Mr. Fitzgerald's daughter Cinderella, even trapping her in the piano when Gordo Shumway comes around with a glass slipper in order to find her by finding the girl that can shatter the slipper with her voice.
