It's My Party is the thirteenth episode of ALF's fourth and final season. It originally aired on Dec. 11, 1989.

Plot SummaryEdit

In order to pay back people that have had the Tanners over to their houses, Kate and Willie decide to throw a party of their own, in spite of their fear that ALF will interfere. ALF gives his word not to make himself known, provided he can have the leftovers. Kate and Willie hire a professional party planner, who gives different theme proposals, and the Tanners decide on a luau. ALF is pleased with this since it means he will have roast pig.

When a storm ruins their outdoor luau, the party must move indoors. ALF is disappointed because the pig is ruined in the rain, and struggles with breaking his promise. He nearly comes close to being caught, but a guest thinks he went overboard on the booze when he tells Willie "I swear I saw a dog in your kitchen making a sandwich".

In a subplot, Lynn meets Robert Sherwood, the caterer's assistant, who would later become her boyfriend. Ironically, ALF is not the one to break anything in this episode. When Robert decides to entertain the partygoers with a Samoan fire-twirling act, Willie puts a stop to it, saying that is a foolish thing to attempt indoors.

Title ReferenceEdit
