The 10th planet of the solar system (under the old system which includes Pluto as the 9th planet). Earth astronomers have labeled Dave as Object Kowal and later renamed the object Chiron.
ALF attempts to add it to Willie's astronomy book. In a later episode, ALF convinces Brian to add it to his science carnival project, along with the planet Alvin (presumably the 11th planet).
