A TV reporter that ALF calls in to investigate the warranty on the Tanner's TV (which had to be shipped to Libya in order to be repaired under the conditions of the warranty).
When Consumer Ed arrives at the Tanner residence, Brian's principal Mrs. Lyman is there to discuss Brian's science carnival project. Consumer Ed ends up doing his story on this instead.
